Refund and Returns Policy

Gift Cards (Physical & Digital)

All gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. This includes both physical and digital cards.

Please note:

  • Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
  • Lost, stolen, expired, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect email addresses or postal delivery details provided at checkout.

If you believe there’s been an error in the processing or delivery of your gift card, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Prepaid Events & Set Menus

Payments for prepaid events (such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or ticketed functions) are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Cancellations

  • Change of mind or inability to attend is not considered a valid reason for a refund.
  • If you need to cancel, we may offer a partial refund, credit, or transfer of the booking—only if sufficient notice is given and we are able to re-sell your booking. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Event Changes

If Steamers Bar and Grill cancels or significantly changes the event, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • A credit to be used at our venue within 6 months
