You can purchase a Steamers Gift Card for values ranging from $50 to $1,000 either online using the shopping cart below or by dropping into the restaurant. We can post directly to you or to the recipient, it’s entirely up to you.
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and must be used within this time frame (gift card extensions are not possible). Please treat the gift card as cash as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Christmas Delivery Dates We recommend the last day for Standard Post is 10 working days before Xmas.

Terms and conditions
By purchasing a Steamers Bar and Grill Gift Card, physical or online, you agree to the following terms:
General
- All Steamers gift cards —physical and digital— are valid for 36 months from the purchase date. Expired cards cannot be extended or reactivated.
- Steamers gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards, exchanged for cash, topped up with more credit or used for prepaid event bookings or third-party transactions
- Partial use is allowed—unused balance remains until expiry. No change or refunds will be given.
- Purchasers must ensure the recipient is aware of these terms.
- We’re not responsible for cards resold on auction or third-party sites.
- All transactions are the cardholder’s responsibility unless there’s proven fraud or staff error.
- We may suspend or cancel a gift card if we suspect misuse or fraud.
- We may cancel the gift card program at any time. Existing cards will still be honoured or refunded at our discretion.
- These terms are governed by NSW law. Disputes must be raised within 21 days via email at enquiries@steamersbarandgrill.com.au.

Ordering Online
- You can order one card at a time, with values from $50 to $1,000.
- We may reject or cancel any order, including bulk purchases.
- To cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours at 02 4229 6895 with your order number.
- If we cancel your order, any payments made will be refunded.
- We are not responsible for issues with online orders due to internet issues or security risks. Use at your own risk.
Payment
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Your payment will be processed securely via our payment gateway.
- If your payment fails, your order won’t be fulfilled.
- We may decline payment at our discretion.
Delivery
- Steamers physical gift cards are delivered within Australia only, to residential or business addresses (no PO Boxes).
- Physical cards are sent via Australia Post—we can’t guarantee delivery times.
- Steamers Bar and Grill is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected deliveries.
- Risk and ownership of the card pass to you once it’s been dispatched.

Gift card expiry
All Steamers gift cards—physical and digital—are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
Lost, stolen, or undelivered cards
Unfortunately, lost or stolen physical cards can’t be replaced or refunded. Please treat them like cash. For delivery issues, contact us at 02 4229 6895.
Accepted payments methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for all digital gift card purchases. Additional payment methods may be available when purchasing in person at the venue.
Order changes and cancellations
You can cancel or change your order by contacting us within 24 hours of placing it. Call us on 02 4229 6895 with your order number.
Using partial balance
You can use any leftover balance on your next visit—just make sure to use it before the expiry date. For digital gift cards, a new eGift card with the updated balance will be emailed to you after your visit.
Delivery options
We deliver within Australia to physical residential or business addresses. We can’t deliver to PO Boxes or Locked Bags.
Refunds or cash exchange
Steamers gift cards—both physical and digital—are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Event and function bookings
Gift cards can’t be used for prepaid events or third-party bookings.
