Required for groups of 10 or more – $85PP

Not all ingredients are listed on the menu, and items may change without notice. Inform your server of any dietary needs before ordering. Be aware that our menu contains allergens and is prepared in a kitchen handling nuts, shellfish, gluten, and eggs. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee allergen-free food. Please note: A 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Beverage Packages

Required for groups of 20 or more. RSA rules apply. BYO not allowed.
Soft drinks, juices, sparkling water, and house spirits are included in the packages.

Our beverage selection is subject to availability and may change without notice. Please drink responsibly. Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcohol and may be asked to present valid photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations. Beverage packages are designed for individual consumption only and cannot be shared. Please note that a 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Celebration Cakes $85

Cut and plated, ready for easy serving to your guests.

Cakes are made to order by our trusted external suppliers and require a minimum of 3 business days’ notice. Please ensure your booking is confirmed before placing an order. While we do our best to accommodate requests, availability may vary. Cakes may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, gluten, and nuts. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee allergen-free cakes. Sparkles and candles are also available—just ask our team on the day (subject to availability). A 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Helium Balloons $12.5

We’ll take care of the setup, so you can walk in to a space that’s already party-ready!

Group Dining Terms and Conditions

Before you book, please take a moment to read through our Group Booking Terms & Conditions below. They’ll help you understand how we work and what to expect—so everything runs smoothly for your event.

Group Booking Overview
  • Applies to bookings of 10 or more adults.

  • All group bookings must dine from our seasonal group set menu.

  • A Champagne upgrade is available for groups of 20+ only.

  • A $50 per person deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Bookings are confirmed in writing once the deposit and completed booking form are received.

  • A receipt will be issued upon payment of the deposit.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to Steamers Bar & Grill.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking will result in loss of the full deposit.

  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed 5 days prior to your booking.

  • The confirmed number will be the minimum charged.

  • For groups under 20, full payment (including drinks) is due at the end of your meal.

  • For groups of 20+, full payment (food & beverages) is due 5 days prior to your booking.

  • An itemised invoice will be provided if pre-payment is required.

  • We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, and Direct Transfer.

  • Personal cheques are not accepted on the day of your booking.

  • No split bills for group bookings.

  • Groups under 20 may choose a bar tab or cash bar – please advise your preference when confirming numbers.

  • Groups of 20+ must select a beverage package (see beverage packages).

  • Beverage packages are not available for groups under 20.

  • We’ll do our best to honour your table preferences, but they can’t be guaranteed.

  • Final table layout is at the venue manager’s discretion.

  • Cakes can be ordered through our office at least 3 business days before your booking.
  • Bringing your own cake? A $5.00 per person service fee applies if you’d like us to cut and serve it with cream and berries.
  • We do not accept responsibility for external cakes.
  • All prices include GST.

  • Steamers Bar & Grill upholds NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) at all times.

  • Menus, prices, and ingredients are subject to change without notice, but confirmed prices will be honoured.
