Steamers Bar and Grill – Gift Card Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Steamers Gift Card (physical or digital), you agree to these terms.

General Use

  • Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the purchase date and cannot be extended.

  • Gift Cards can be used multiple times until the balance is $0 or the card expires.

  • If your bill is more than the card balance, you’ll need to pay the difference.

  • Cards cannot be:

    • Used to buy more gift cards

    • Recharged or refunded

    • Exchanged for cash

    • Used for pre-paid event bookings or third-party payments

  • Lost, stolen, or expired cards won’t be replaced or refunded.
  • You’re responsible for the card unless proven otherwise (e.g., fraud by our staff).
  • We may cancel cards if there’s misuse or suspected fraud.

  • Digital Gift Cards can be ordered online (max $1,000, min $50).

  • Multiple Digital Gift Cards purchased in a single order will be delivered together in one email. If separate emails are required for each Digital Gift Card, a separate order must be placed for each card. Customers may contact our support team for assistance with placing multiple orders.

  • We may decline or cancel orders without notice.

  • Call us within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order. If it’s already processed, we may not be able to help.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
  • Payment is processed via a secure gateway. If declined, the order won’t go through.
  • We may refuse payment at our discretion.

  • Physical gift cards are available for purchase in our stores only.

  • Digital Gift Cards are emailed to your nominated address. sent.

How long is my gift card valid?

Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the purchase date and cannot be extended.

Gift cards can be used for dine-in meals and beverages at Steamers Bar and Grill.

Unfortunately, gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Treat gift cards like cash—lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. We recommend storing digital cards safely and keeping physical cards in a secure spot.

Digital gift cards are delivered via email instantly after purchase. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.

Yes! You can add a custom message when purchasing your digital gift card online.

Absolutely. If there’s remaining value on your card, you can use it across multiple visits until the balance is used or the card expires.

Yes! They’ll all be sent together in a single email for convenience. Want separate emails for each? Just place a separate order per card or contact us if you’d like help with that!
